Number of Posts: One

Qualification & Experience:

1. Must be B. Tech in Mechanical or
2. Four year Advanced Diploma in Mechatronics & Industrial Automation.
3. Must have Four Year of experience.
4. Must have Good knowledge of 3D design in Solid works or Pro-E software.
5. Must be able to convert design into 2D and 3D drawings/files for getting parts fabricated.
6. Must have hands on experience 3D and 2D mechanical designs.
7. Should have good knowledge maintaining records of files/parts.
8. Must have Creative & Analytic mind for creating good designs.
9. Must be dedicated and hardworking.
10. Must be familiar with modern development techniques used in Medical devices and electronics industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Mechanical design of Device/Parts as per Design and Development Procedure.
2. Create and maintain Design documents as per QMS requirements for new designs.
3. Get the design stages/outputs approved as per procedure.
4. Implementation of ISO 13485 Management System in the department.
5. Maintain record of all changes during design stages.
6. Update Project Plan as per project progress.
7. Report progress to Project head periodically.
8. Implementation and monitoring of 5S in the department.
9. Provide input or initiate CAPA where required.
